Thank you. A lady just asked me to help her with her portable tank. She was loosening the regulator support handle and oxygen was pouring out. I ran over, observed the valve and tightened it. I Then opened the proper valve with the tool and everything is ok now. Your video helped me confirm I did it correctly. They probably should have some sort of safety special handle so the poor ladies do not turn the wrong thing. Thanks again.

Just as you were turning the key to open the valve, the video jumped. The most important part of the instructions was unclear. Did you turn it clockwise or counterclockwise?

This is so frustrating, my mom keeps going into panic attacks not getting enough oxygen and I watch this whole video and it doesn't cover the problems I'm having with the valve. It seems where the oxygen flows from the tank into the valve is corked or something on the valve. There is something hard blocking the hole. When I turn the handle to release oxygen l, it just shoots into the room.

I never touch the parts which connect to the hose or patient. And occasionally wipe the nose piece with alcohol wipes or better yet use a new one. If a person needs oxygen I don't want to contaminate any part of their therapy and keep everything hermedicallly clean.

This is a completely useless video. What you are calling a gauge is a valve assembly, the gauge is what you’re calling a dial. At the part, the most important part, when you were opening up the tank with the key, your video cuts in and out and you don’t tell whether you turn it clockwise or counterclockwise. We also don’t need to see you, we need close ups of the valve assembly. Thank you for let me know what company never to call.
