Hi, I have the same machine that I purchased 3 years ago. It performs flawlessly during our event at church. My question is do I need different sealer film for PET cup or I have to change different temperature to wok on PET cup. I just bought a couple case of PET cup and didn’t aware it’s PET. I been using PP ever since. Thank you for your support

Hello , when I set mine on auto seal it’s going way too fast before the cup is completely in place, how can I adjust that? Thanks

Hi. My machine wastes a lot of film before it actually seals. I am setting the black square of the film right on the eye of the machine but not sure what else to do
