You wired the relay output side wrong. You show mains nutrual and hot going to the relay out side that is not correct wiring. The SSR input side is correct and the thermo couple is correct.

While you're correct, it shouldn't matter with AC. It may cause issues if it's the pseudo-AC you get from inverters, but with mains it won't make a difference.

Hello, if you want to set the cooling mode or just want the thermocouple to detect temperaturer below zero? 1. You can set the cooling mode. 2. If you want to detect subzero, you can replace the thermocouple with PT100, it can detect the temperature range from -200℃~400℃，just need to set the controller input into PT100, then it will work.

Anyone see these behave strangely with the PV value jumping all over as soon as the SSR starts cycling? I’ve tried several thermocouples and two different c100 controllers. The heating element can be plugged in or disconnected and the behavior continues.

I never found a solution with the counterfeit Rex controllers. Most of these are fakes made in China. Authentic versions are produced in Japan.

Hola, puede conectar el relé de tiempo al Controlador de temperatura, con funciones de trabajo de tiempo de ciclo como dh48s - s, que pueden funcionar durante 30 segundos y detenerse durante 10 segundos.

Gudday sir. How about i will use for cooling sir, all i need is 16-17 C means, 16C below it will turn-off and if 17C up it will turn-on. I will use as a switch(i will pluge my refrigerator) for restoring my pig semen. Thank u and God bles

Hi there if you wanna use it you need to do this : _press set ,the buttom sv blinks _with arrows up down you need to ajust your desire temperature 16c or 17c . _once yoù have done so press (set) once to store it. _now you need to press hold the (set) button and the button next to it for 3 seconds ,Cod appears and the buttom figures (sv) blinking. So now you need to make it 0001 and after that press (set) four times until you see (oud) appears ,now if you have 000 below (oud) you need to change with arrows up down to 001 for cooling and after that hold press the set button for approximately 3 second and let go .now your device is programed to your desired temperature .hope this could help if u have any doubt please feel free to contact me .thanks
