Is there any router with possibility to connect one WAN via RJ45 and one using wifi. Why I need it: I have local cable provider and Starlink. I can make Starlink to be cable connected, but for this i need at least 3 holes in my walls i do not want to do.

My Asus ax5400 router Ram uses all time 90 to 100 % Olney 10 device connected and usb 1tb HDD

This is not a problem, they are designed to operate like this. My RT-AX58U does the same and is working fine. Is yours slowing down or has any problems?

People also need to be aware that depending on your isp(s) not all mtu values are the same for every carrier. For instance Xfinity mtu is 1500 which is the default value in most routers and T Mobile Home Internet mtu is 1420. It is important to know what your isps mtu values are and change them in the router accordingly in order to avoid packet fragmentation meaning packets have to be split in two and put back together (not good). Just an fyi.

What if my cameras are connected to wifi and when it switches to secondary wifi will my cameras still work?

The method I show doesn't switch Wi-Fi, it switches the ISP connection. The Wi-Fi stays the same so yes, the camera will stay connected

30 seconds to failover is very long, is there any instantaneous method?

For a home router, a fail over, even within 30 seconds is good enough IMO. If you want instantaneous fail over, you need to get professional equipment.
