If we have the UA code that we manually installed, do we keep that and just add the GA4 code, or should we replace it?

You would keep UA and the GA4 code for now -- you can remove the UA code after it's done collecting data on July 1st.

Hi, I created GA4 manually, as shown. I have a problem - old stats data (from UA) are not present in the GA4. How to import them? (I mean data, not settings). For other website, I let Google create GA4 automaticaly for me and it such cases - the old stats data were imported. Thank you.

UA data doesn't import into GA4, unfortunately. Your other sites may have had GA4 set up for longer and that's why you are seeing data collected in there.
