You are able to download the personalized graphic as a PDF, PNG, or JPG. If these file formats work for your use case, then you should be good to go.

I want to do a two-sided ornament. One is a picture with no personalization, the other side would be totally personalized. Can you share how this would work, please?

How would you do that with a photograph, like a picture of a dog to print on both sides?

For Etsy, we are still limited to text-based personalization. You can add a placeholder image on the template where you can add the customers image at the approval queue step prior to clicking 'Approve.' For Amazon, we are able to receive the image and apply it to the template no issues. I hope that helps!
