If anyone needs help with sound not working but connecting- go to sound, audio output. Output to headphones(chat audio) then change to all audio! This will allow the 3D audio to show up

Yeah mine too, the guy obviously used the cable to do that adjustment. I would love to lower the mic level but it's impossible on wifi. I don't know if the level set using cable will stay the same after unplugging it, might be a workaround. Worth a try.

@@Mekyf Could very well be because you didn't mute your controllers microphone first. In order to do that you have to press/hold the button below the PlayStation button on your controller. Now the system should recognise that you want to talk via your headset. Hope this helps
