hi there, very useful tutorial. I tried to do the same but I still face some problems. I have an Mx-5001N printer and i downloaded the VNC but the VNC cannot be able to connect to the printer. do you have any hint? thanks

So I still need help.. after moving together with this tutorial still at the end the MFP says ''the server selected is not found'' meaning any address and folder I created can not be found by the printer! How do I make them connect with the printer

Thanks, but I can't scan. The following warning appears "Selected servers not found. Consult your network administrator". Why?

are u sure u are entering the directory correctly? Remember you may need to enter a \\ before your network directory For example if my network is called 'JimServer' then i would need to write \\JimServer\ as the start of the directory
