Just to help if anyone needs it, you probably can’t save because you have to set the DNS Settings.

My problem is that OpenDNS has a 2 digit IP part for their DNS IP. The Switch adds a 0 before it, and screws up DNS resolution.

MAC addresses are unique to a system and provided by the manufacturer. Theres no way to change it.

I just want to play online games over IPv6 because the NAT is ducked up. Does this trick help on it? I do have IPv6 on via my service provider and I can use that on Xbox One X. But how I can use IPv6 on Switch? Also the save button is grayed and I don't know how to set up a DNS and I'm worried that it would duck things up.

It might be your internet. I'm out in Korea, before I had NAT type B on Switch and PS4, then my landlord changed out all the routers in the network and suddenly I went to NAT Type C for Switch and PS4 and I haven't been able to connect with friends ever since.
