This is the most difficult device I have ever tried to connect. All my Amazon devices connected instantly, as well as 3 printers and a Nest thermostat. I have spent a total of five hours trying to connect this thing. I will try one more time, call tech support if I have to and return the damn thing if I have too. Just too expensive to have to struggle with.

it might be your wifi. they usually only work on 2.4 ghz so if your wifi is 5ghz you have to pause the 5ghz so it switches to the 2.4 and then you can connect...once connected its fine from then on.

I can’t even get mine to light up or be found in the app? Don’t know if it’s charging or anything. Opens the box, plugged in the base and set the robot on and that’s it, nothing. Only been about an hour. Is this normal?
