At 4:06, instead of machine sewing the zipper directly to your sleeve, it would have been better to hand baste it into place first, so that you can be sure it is positioned evenly within the opening, rather than ending up with it drifting from one side to the centre, then back to the side again as in your example. You probably should do the same for the hem too, as the hem stitching and folds are at different heights on either side of your zipper.
