I love it. I've always been afraid of zippers. I have sewn a few zippers in my life but I can count on just one hand how many I have sewn. But I'm going to see some of these pouches. My twin granddaughters would clip one of these on their backpacks.

Thank you for your videos. 💖 I usually watch while i crochet, don't get much crocheting done 😄. I love to make bags and pouches but I struggle with zippers, I don't know why. I'm going to try this. Could you possibly do a video on various ( if there are) ways to do zippers. Thanks in advance Andrea

I love making pouches and bags, and can’t wait to try this one. Thanks for the clear instructions. (One year I made over 120 zip bags for gifts/charity…I’m always looking for something fresh, simple, and useful to make and gift.)

Hi Donna, at the very end of this video I point at the entire playlist for gifts to sew, the little bag is one of those videos. :) Just click where I point and then look through theplaylist :)

Thank you! So fun! Just wondering...How often do you change your needles? Thanks!
@ThoughtfulCreativity7 ай бұрын
For me it depends on what am I sewing - if it is something very gentle and light, not that often, but often enough to avoid burs on the needles. If I am sewing something like these pouches - I would say after 8 hrs of continuous sewing. Since here I am sewing through many layers, interfacing, zipper - it will wear out the needle faster. I hope this helps :)

Absolutely :) just go to any Members Extra video (or on a Membership Tab on my channel, the most recent community post for Members has a link to the template) and open the description - it has all of the Members Perks, all Members only videos, Members mini-series and a link to Google Drive. Open the Google Drive and head to the "Templates" folder, you will find it there :) here's the latest Members Extra -kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHXMioKQoLCdaqs

I think so, it might not give the same look as fusible fleece, but you can certainly use it. Try one and see how you like it!
