Thank you! I just made 6 of these for Valentine gifts. I also made a much larger one using your method.

I did make my little bag and I love it! Your tutorial was fabulous and my bag came together so well. I'm going to make more for gift bags for money gifted to my nieces for Christmas and I am also going to make a bigger one to keep my laptop charger and cables in. Thanks for a great little project! :-)

Oh these are just fabulous. I can think of so many uses for them and so great to make to match other larger bag projects as you say, making a matching set. I plan to make one this evening! Thank you so much for sharing.

Ohhh this is fantastic- I have sewn many similar using whole fat quarters and using them as shoe bags for travel to keep my shoes from touching other items. I haven’t lined it added the bottom pull tags… so great updates to what I have done. Always learning here!

I am looking at this adorable little bag and I am thinking glasses case! (Reading or sun…). Thank you, so much, for all of your well-produced, easily understood tutorials for projects everyone can make and use!

Oh my goodness, yes! Brilliant idea! The only thing... you would probably need it a bit sturdier interfacing (craft/deco interfacing) or more padded layer (fusible fleece/batting) in terms of interfacing/padded layer. Otherwise it won't really protect the glasses from possible damage... maybe changing up the material would be the best answer - vinyl or leather. Whew, lots of ideas :)

@@ThoughtfulCreativityyes, you are right, fusible fleece or stiffer interfacing would definitely do a much better job for a glasses case!😁

These are so cute. I always have a need for these and I think they would make cute gifts with maybe something small tucked inside. Guys also could use the pouches for computer parts and small things in maybe a stripe or something guyish.

Exactly! the print of the fabric can be easily modified and it will look guy appropriate!

So cute. I made mine from thicker fabric so didn't use interfacing. It came out very small. Having finished measurements would have been better. I love it and will certainly find a use for it. Mine measures at 6.5 x 3 inches.

hi! Getting started sewing again at 66! I am loving your channel!!! Kids gone and retired, finally have the time. I call myself an intermediate beginner. Made a lot of things like fabric bags(easy) bookmarks, bowl cozies, etc… just no clothes …which I really want to do. Have been searching for easy starts like the coco top/ dress from Tilly and the buttons. I am tall and love longer tops that have more coverage. Can you help me maybe guide me in the right direction? I’m 5’10” and usually a size 16-18. Thank you so much.
