Can I clarify. Does the pattern include the seam allowance? Or should it be added on around the pattern? Sorry if that’s a dumb question. :(

It's not a dump question. The pattern has seam allowance included.

Definitely won’t be making this , way to much work involved for a vest , not for the faint hearted doing this one , great job hope it gets worn a lot , I enjoy sewing but not this much lol. 👍
