It is helpful. I like the notebook idea. However, I am trying to sew a yard or more in length, and am having trouble in more than two ways when I need to sew that length. (I also am not finding youtube videos on the topic). I used a heavy, inexpensive ceramic magnet that is 1/2" tall. I think I will put painter's tape on it to protect the machine.

Hello, I have a question. I love your video you made on drafting a pattern for elastic shorts. I’ve made so many beautiful pairs of shorts with the pattern i made and i am so grateful for you! Thank you for making that video. Im now looking to make elastic pants and nobody else’s pattern tutorials on KZbin compare, so i was curious if there is a way i can use that tutorial to make pants too? Could i expand the length or something? Im new to sewing and pattern making. I would appreciate it so much if you could get back to me, I’m a big fan of your content :)

Hello! I really thank you for making this video, it really helps me. But i have a question, i learn how to sew just yesterday, but its really difficult for me to control the hand on the left, sometimes the fabric get crumpled, i wonder if you have any tricks on controling the hand, right and left, i struggled so much in both, pressure or etc maybe?
