To those who don’t have a serger but still want to make these shorts, you can use the zig-zag stitch on a regular sewing machine. Domestic machines usually have a overlock stitch too buts it’s really slow. Up to you on what you want to use. Edit: Thank you for such a beginner friendly pattern.
