I agree with you 100%, Tobias! I only do shirt buttons on the machine! No more by hand. I have a Pfaff and there is a special presser foot to hold the button.

A few months ago I got a similar foot for my bernina❤️✌️ no more wonky hand sewn buttons!

Hi Tobi, I printed the first page with the test square on it and used the layers function. I had three sizes chosen but when I printed my first test page it printed all the sizes. What am I doing wrong and can you help me? Thank you for a great pattern and the video tutorial. Have a great day Val♥

Wondering how much fabric is needed for a Small? My fabric is 140cm wide. Thank you
@TobiasKonrath3 ай бұрын
Hi Lucy, It‘s around 2m for the short sleeve version and 2.5m for long sleeves! You can find more detailed info on my website here: tobiaskonrath.com/patterns/laguna-shirt/

Wait, seam allowance is already included in the pattern? So the final shirt will be smaller than the stencil? Never seen that approach before ... I cut my stencil too small then ):

Hi - the seam allowances are always included in my sewing patterns 🥰✌️

Ah I see, that's very beginner friendly actually! I was just on my usual Burda/Pattydoo grind where you add your own so i didn't double check, that's 100% on me lol (all good though, I'd kept the cut stencil borders so I kinda just lost an hour glueing them back on, rather than accidentally making a too small shirt). Appreciate the video!
