The dress you have on is a lovely fabric. Those narrow straps seem to show your bra strap occasionally. Have you ever tried adding a strap keeper to the inside of a dress? (I saw Karina from Lifting Pins and Needles show how she does this on a recent video if you’re wondering what I mean.) They looked very helpful. Thanks for sharing your modifications on the pattern. This green dress is lovely, too.

side note - I stalk Costco and get the pieces of cardboard that sits between the products - it is a great protector when I am using markers AND I have used it to make patterns when they use the flexible paper!

try alcohol to remove the marker or goo gone - I have done the same - my sewing table is the same type of surface.

You can try greased lightening it gets the permanent marker off my cutting mat!! Let us know if you get it off and what you ended up using!! OMG ou are so funny I just absolutely adore you!! ❤❤❤❤

I would think you should be able to sew it in knit fabrics. I would make a muslin to test for and then go for it.

Draw over the top with dry erase marker and it will rub off. Or hand sanitiser
