I shampoo my hair daily and it's really healthy and no hair fall by the way I'm 27 And those people saying Daily shampoo is bad and all It all depends on your scalp. If your scalp is not oily u can shampoo once in 3 days or so My scalp is super oily if I don't shampoo Daily I get infection. So whatever he is saying is partially correct

shampoo is basically Detergent .... you don't need a detergent in your hair everyday unless you literally have dirt on your hair ! same with skin using mild soap/cleanser is better than heavy duty detergents. you don't want to get rid of natural.oils in your skin and scalp, they are there for a reason !

market mein available shampoos mein even branded shampoos mein SLS hota hai. I mean surfactant hota hai Jo ki jhaag banata hai, which is harmful chemical. hum agar daily shampoo karengey to hair or dry ho jayengey. daily shampooing hair is a good habit. uske liye balki amla reetha shikakai se daily hair clean kijiye tab fark dekhiye kitney achey ho jaengey hair humarey. :)

I have long and very healthy hair but last year suddenly my hair fall started drastically.So I met with a dermatologist and he prescribed me 2 shampoo, 1serum and suggested me not to use oil and wash my hair everyday.At first I was shocked cause I wash my hair 4days in a week and always use oil before washing my hair.So I said him "oh no it will make my hair rough and unhealthy" He suggested me "take care of ur hair according to my instructions for 2weeks atleast if u dont see some positive sign and ur hair fall dont stop than u may do whatever u want."And honestly speaking he was true within 2weeks I saw remarkable changes in my hair and it didnt make my hair rough rather it become more soft and healthy...........from last 10 months I didn't use oil in my hair and its absolutely fine without any complain

He is right but should have mentioned hairwash insted of shampoo. Our scalp is basically a body skin only. Hairwash everyday is like cleaning the hair skin(scalp) just like we take bath everybody to keep our body clean and healthy. But using chemical shampoo everyday is not good. Instead wash the hair with normal baking powder or soda, shikakai water etc. Take care :)
