This is exactly what I needed. I thought the blades were flat against each other and after I thought I'd sharpened them they were then catching hair and worse than before I'd started... Thanks heaps

@@keepitsharp357 Hello sir! I sharpened the blades like you in another video of yours that demonstrates sharpening only one flat surface. and now when I cut my hair, my clipper pulls more hair than it cuts. I followed all the steps, the first time I used 120 grit, then 220 grit.. but do you think that it is possible to have sharpened them too much and now they have dulled so hard that the blades no longer touch well between them? I honestly sharpened 100 times on 120 grit, and 200 times on 220 grit. is that what I did wrong? I mean I sharpened too many times? you mention that I have a wahl pro 150 clipper... Do I still have a chance now if I sharpen the blades like here on a curved surface to save them?

@@alincosnita4570 in most cases it depends on the condition of the blade when you start also if you have the right form when sharpening. trying the other way may help but im not sure because of not having the blade in my hand to take a look at

@@alincosnita4570 yes it is possible. when sharpening a blade you need only to sharpen just enough to get the original contact back if sharpen to much teeth will never touch to cut hair
