I haven't tried to send anything yet but an employee I asked said it's 4 now but online on canada post's virtual assistant it says it's still 3 stamps so I am real confused

@@cheewitsuayngam4496 yup its still 2 stamps for 50-100grams. They are referring to the canada post mail boxes as street boxes. I normally drop off my lettermail stuff in there as its a lot faster then waiting in line at a Canada Post location.

@@Citygamelabs it can handle anything up to 5kg and I have another scale that does over 5kg if needed. The scale in the vid is a Accuchef scale but I’m not sure what model it is and it was given to me a while back so Im not sure where to even buy it. Hope that helps👍🏻

I feel so stupid 😂😂 I average anywhere from 3-5 games per day on my ebay store and use lettermail to send..never realise that the "p" stamps were only $0.92 if you buy a roll...I was buying the 3 stamp currency to make the 3.19... thanks for the tip on that!!!!

Do you have a video talking more about that in terms of pros/cons, cost, margins, etc.? I have very small inventory but already seeing games sit stagnant when I'm trying to go for high sales traffic at the beginning. Thanks!

I dont have a video on promoted listings but I definitely will look into making one! It definitely helps move inventory and I usually let eBay decide what to set the rate at (up to 7%). You dont wana go too aggressive with the promotion rate because it hurts the algorithm from what Ive heard. Hope that helps and thanks for watching👍🏻

Not sure if you ever use Canada Post ‘registered mail’ for your $40+ games within Canada. Usually will cost around $13 rather than the $20+ of expedited. Only works for bubble mailers that fit through the slot but good way to save money while still getting tracking and insurance. Wondered if you could go over how you use tracked packet for single bubble mailer games you ship to the US. Thanks.

Ive never heard of registered mail but I will definitely check it out! How do you purchase a registered mail label? For tracked packet I just use the dimensions of the bubble mailer (24x18x2cm) and the weight of the package. Hope that helps and thanks for the recommendation 👍🏻

@@AirValYT I always just pack my game up just like I would an oversized lettermail game, except instead of applying the appropriate stamps I’ll bring it to Canada post and ask to have it shipped with registered mail. You get a tracking number and $100 in insurance all for only around $13. This still needs to fit through the slot and only applies if it’s shipped within Canada.

I primarily want to ship video game controllers like the Nintendo 64 out of Canada. What methods would you sugget to ship them in? Is there like a shipping bag if I were to just wrap them in bubble wrap? Really doing my research before I really put my money in. I would use some packing paper and a 8x6x4 box and use Canada post expedited for shipping within Canada and Canada Post tracked packet USA for items being shipped to the states. Hope that helps and thanks for watching👍🏻

I weigh and see which box fits the item best before I list it because you need that information for calculated shipping. For video games (under $40) its a flat rate fee and games with cases usually weigh between 80-200 grams and loose discs are around 30-40 grams. Hope that helps and thanks for watching👍🏻
