Ay man. I want to be the best at Basketball, and I don't have a coach. So a lot of my friends told me to subscribe to you. I don't know who you are and I want the best coach, so I had to ask, why didn't you make it to the NBA?

@emrebilgi
@emrebilgi 4 жыл бұрын
@@justinwright3977 Staying low, then exploding high is hard for physically weaker guys, though. More distance to move your body fast vertically. It requires more energy. Especially considering after getting the hang of it, one'd try to do it many times in a game. Will be exhausted as the game goes by.

Yo just a tip for anybody watching, you wanna shoot in one fluid motion instead of pulling up at the 90 degree angle and jump and shoot, you wanna shoot as you’re going up. It gives you more power and does take some time adjusting to but it’s worth it

Was having trouble collecting to the setpoint until I saw that collecting the ball with the shooting hand is first done overhand, while collecting with the non-shooting hand is first done underhand. A much more natural transition to the set point.

U guys do a great job however, I’m not sure i agree with the footwork unless we are referencing a one dribble pull up (mostly off the pump). If so i would suggest a split on the catch and I would also emphasize getting on your toes to stop u. I think u have to have footwork that can compliment either way u are going, stop on the inside leg, outside leg or quick hop to square your shoulders. The defender shouldn’t be able to time u cuz u have different footwork. My 2 cents
