Absolutely impressed with your videos. Your in-camera images are already great & you are using editing to spruce them up-- not create new images. You explain things really well and this one is ACTUALLY POSSIBLE. I keep seeing these 'at home DIY' videos where people are using thier pools and balconies & tons of other non-realistic things for most of us. YOU ARE AMAZING. Keep it up!

Try it with the lights on, use a desk lamp and some black cardboard or foam board to direct the light onto your model (Snoot/Barndoors) Use an LED bulb so it stays cool. Dimmable lighting is another option!

Hy I get quite grainy image when I shoot in raw... I have an old nikon d5200

You probably have it on a high ISO and keep in mind that crop frame cameras (like yours) don't handle higher ISO's well
