Well anything above 60fps in dslr slowed down in a 24fps/30fps timeline is considered as slow motion since 30fps is said to be the standard for everyday/vlog shots and 24fps(or 23.976) for cinematic shots. So basically its a slow motion clip as seen at 7:07 - 7:08 Hope that clarifies your doubt.

Sir i have an question 🙋 Muje youTube ke liye video edit karni hai Mene apna facecam video 24 fps mai shoot kiya kyuki muje usmai slow mo nahi chahiye ishliye lekin joo cinematic videos hai jo mene facecam video ke baad dale usko mene 60 fps pai shoot kiya hai & usko mai slow fast bhi kar diya phir final video export karne ke liye muje premier pro mai konsi sequence rakhni padegi 60fps ya 24fps....? Kya 24,30,60 or 120 fps ek video mai chal sakte hai uske sequence settings konse rakhne padege?

Good vid, although you chose a particularly bad thing to demo it. Falling objects are particularly fast, so slowing them down even to 40% speed won't be noticeable enough, particularly with the short distance forced by the framing (the real fun with shots like this starts at 20% or less). If you used a video of, for example, throwing a ball horizontally from left to right, slowing the motion of your arm while throwing and the ball going through the air would be much more noticeable.
