To anyone feeling guilt/shame while watching this video because you truly can’t afford to eat organic or perfect- It’s OKAY. These tips are super valuable, but they aren’t the big movers. Focus on whole foods before you worry about organic and every ingredient. Buy bulk rice, bulk frozen veggies, bulk meat, apples/bananas/ cheaper produce. Focusing on whole foods instead of fast food, chips, soda, etc will do so much good for your body before you even focus on if those things are organic. Note it is a privilege to eat all organic/grass fed/ perfect ingredients. Do what you can, you aren’t doing damage to yourself or your children if you can’t afford to purchase anything organic. This isn’t shade at this video, the content is amazing for those that can afford it! It’s just not realistic for most families on a tight budget, especially in these economic times. ❤

Some foods are less chemicalized than others. So wash your fruits and vegs in baking soda. Consider the cruelty of the meat and dairy industry before buying and choose pasture raised. Anything thin skinned, buy organic instead. Absolutely stay away from bulk oats, rice, beans and flour because tons of glyphosphates and other chemicals are used to grow them
@rachelgarcia6516

@@libertyblueskyes2564 dang you missed the point lol. Some people literally cannot afford to. I am absolutely not disagreeing with you that those things are important, but some people can’t afford to. If you can’t wrap your head around that, please go to underprivileged communities and tell them to eat organic. It’s just not a reality for a lot of people.

Heading to the store this week, we love Siete! We make our own refried beans, but the seasoning is our fav!! I know where I'm heading to this week! We actually love whole foods, and as a family of 13, we shop the sales at Wholefoods. It can be done. Thanks for the heads up, Bobby!! I've been eating super clean for 19 years, so your channel is my favorite!

Bobby said the lozenges have no sugar. Tapioca syrup is sugar. I believe Bobby has discussed Tapioca syrup and identified it as a sugar. Why ignore it now? This is from LiveStrong One-quarter cup of commercially available tapioca syrup has 168 calories, while an equivalent serving of regular granulated sugar has 194. Both sweeteners get virtually all their calories from sugar, and tapioca syrup and sugar contain 42 and 50 grams of sugar per serving, respectively.

Great video, thank you! As a side note - frozen pizza doesn’t get full 45% off because 10% prime members discount is taken off already reduced amount, so technically you get 41.5% off in total, which is still great:)

Also, the manager confirmed that it was not wild caught.
