The product sponsorships on this channel for things to hack a nutrient-negligent lifestyle seems endless. We can get comparable products in bulk in Costco (grass-fed collagen, for example) or lower cost probiotics (at Thrive or through whole foods like kimchi and sauerkraut). The products are also quiet expensive. Let's be more practical with the things that we sponsor, while being considerate of lower income families who are also in the midst of relentless inflation. The same way you can pound a few more chicken thighs to equal a breast is how a vegetarian increases protein. Just increase the source. Just a heads up. Beef jerky is high in sodium, cottage cheese is also high in sodium. Not good for the people that have high blood pressure. There is a lot of evidence that red meat can also cause colon cancer over time. I do believe it, Why? Because I grew up in a meat eating country (Chile) which is next to another meat eating country (Argentina) and those 2 countries have the highest colon cancer % out of all of South America. The best protein meat I would suggest are eggs.

You just threw the package back on the shelve in a spot other than where you picked it up. Very sloppy.
