Enjoyed this video and i found it immediately helpful. My one question, when doing the final line of the exercise, the high note, I have no choice but to "flip" into a different sounding voice/tone/register (I'm not vocally trained so I'm not sure what to call it)... it's not quite falsetto but it's definitely different than the tones I'm producing for the lower notes. Does this negate the point of the exercise?

Try dropping it down a little bit to make it easier to hit the high note and slowly raise it over time to track your progress

Hi sir, I have a question... I usually do high chest belt instead of going in mixed voice (learning in progress).. This could be silly, but i kinda got Influenced by harry styles singing, cause my speaking voice sounds low as his. My question is... Is that technique healthy? Or else everyone MUST learn mixed voice? Or, is he really sings in mixed voice and am judging wrong that he's doing high chest belt? Please clarify my confusion. Thanks!

here's my opinion, I think, its fine to sing high note with full chest but you'll get tired more easily than doing it on your mix reg. 'cause singging in your mix reg. makes it easier to reach those high notes with more stamina.
