I love Paul. He is one of my very best friends I’ve ever had. Paul and I go way back when I met Paul. He was 16 years old.

I need a new roof in Orlando Fl
@Drewsroofingandhomerepair9 күн бұрын
Do you live on your own property? Do you live in town or do you live in a trailer park if you live on your own property it’s possible I could put a roof on for you, but it has to be outside of a mobile home park or town for that matter because I don’t wanna start the job and then Florida inspectors come tell me I can’t finish the job Because I’m from North Carolina

Nice work. I've learned a lot watching these video's. How do you deal with trailers that have a roof that hanges height as it goes from front to back? Mine goes about half way (from the front to the kitchen area then slopes down about 6 inches , then remains flat the rest of the way to the back end. It's at the bottom area of the slope that it has developed a problem ant it leaked at the area where the roof meets the sidewall and caused 2 trusses to rot. They then dropped a little and now there is an area about 5 feet around where the water pools about 2 to 3 inches deep and leaks into the kitchen. I've stripped the kitchen ceiling on the inside and am working on replacing the wall section that rotted and making extensions for the trusses to get it all back in line. When done, I want to redo the roof like you do and put the rubber on it. So the question is how do you handle that change in the roof where it goes down the 6 inches ? Thanks for any advice.

I wonder about the extra weight on the roof with the rotten walls
@DrewsroofingandhomerepairАй бұрын
If the walls are rotted you should fix the walls first.

I know about the o s b you are using, but what is the greenboard and why?
@DrewsroofingandhomerepairАй бұрын
The green board came that way not sure why it was painted. It’s just a piece of OSB that had paint on it.
