Even I can learn from you! The refresh and reset is exactly what I needed to hear right now. I get way too frustrated at anything I do. Then if I take a break and relax and come back to whatever I'm doing it seems to click easier. Sometimes you even have to sleep on it before it clicks :) Very nice video, that slowmo flip was BA. You're a natural on those wheels and a natural teacher. Your videos seem like they would have so many more views. I guess you are a hidden gem (although 3 thousand subs is still no easy feat :)), If people knew how good your vids were they will catch fire. I think they will soon! I found this video on my HOMEPAGE after watching a bunch of skateboarding vids yesterday so hopefully the yt algorithm is popping you up on a lot more peoples feed! Go GIRL!!, keep em coming!

Whad upppp! Man, thank you for sharing all of that with me. The feedback where there’s understanding between you and I is the most uplifting to me. I remember one person who would explain how to do a trick with just the right amount of words and boom, it suddenly clicked! So it feels good to bring my own thought process into the mix. I’m elated! Me, learning aggressive/vert skating in my mid30's: Goes to skatepark, weenies out on a drop-in because I have to work in a couple days and can't afford to wreck myself. Sees video of hyper-talented skater gal doing flying 270s over a box. Puts my skates back in the box where they belong LOL

jep you‘re right… dont force a trick too much, it‘s a great experience to learn a trick and go higher in the jumps… after 15 years of street skating and 10 years only park skating, now I learn to go fast and high on pumptracks… keep rolling - it‘s the best feeling !

I remember when we were really little probably almost 23 years ago back when I had oxygens we would just throw are selfs over flyboxes and it was the funniest thing ever back flips and 540s were the big thing back then but we would also just mess around and throw some mean flying squirrels lol

Hey Ivan, I was still in a battle with the helmet. I’ve come to what feels right while teaching. Although I still believe we should Think for ourselves. But leading by example is solidifying to my truth. These tricks in this video are full commitment in knowing I’ve got it or else I won’t send it. It’s been my own personal battle. I hear you though. @@flowersherolls1700 Thanks for replying Flo..yeah i know how it is :D I realized lately how the demografic of blading has changed .. now the majority is parents who used to blade since the 90s and young kids :D both groups are better off wearing helmets. I really appreciate a teaching channel like yours and can't wait to show it to my son when we hit the indoor park this winter! Cheers and thanks for taking the time!

I can't figure launching out of a ramp. Do you pump at the bottom, then jump, or just jump?

So my body naturally squats as I get closer to the ramp. When I roll off the lip, that squat creates momentum to boooooooom! To boost EASIER off the lip, giving me more power to go UP and over. I’d compare it to a spring. Recoil (squat) before you hit the ramp, then eject! STRENGTH Travis. I believe in you! One love brother🌱
