I nominate you to be the official voice of rollerblading. You represent the culture, not just the brands and products and social media.

Rails are the scariest thing for me too!!!! I want to break it down today, thank you for your tutorials! I love the way you make things simple. I broke two ribs on a rail two months ago...but they're still calling me 😊

Thank you Coco. Can you make video of how to fall safely? Or how to protect our wrist when we fall?

You are an amazing teacher and dope rollerblader 😎 I skate and struggle with the idea of being on top of the rail, like you say. This is the first time I've seen it explained so well. Fantastic work, keep it up!!!!😎

Finally tried a p rail from blunt and Steel. So much easier than I thought. I'm hoping to progress to taller and longer rails. I have more experience with ledges and bowl couping.

Hi I really have a hard time with stability with 2 H-Block grinds (frontsides and backsides). Should I master soul plate grinds (mizu, ect) before 2 H-block grinds? Would mastering soul plates grinds give me better balance with 2 H-block grinds?
@maxwell_alfieri_2 жыл бұрын
Ive been trying to just frontside one rail before summer ends. Maybe ill do it today from this vid

I had to learn on a pair of Rollerblade Lightning TRS's with absolutely no sole or h-block whatsoever.
@jonastronaut29422 жыл бұрын
well there was an hblock, however it was not meant for grinding lol, it was the structural support for the two sides of the frame.

yeah these videos are great, I'm wondering for the very first grind video if the rail shouldn't be smaller. I would imagine something that's merely 2-3 inches from the ground. I think that would remove some of the initial intimidation of rails.
@bopo9002 жыл бұрын
this is just where she shot the video. a smaller rail wouldnt change her explanation. if you want you can do the same thing on a smaller rail.
@bxl20122 жыл бұрын
It might be counter intuitive but people tend to jump more upright on lower rails and more with knees bend on higher rails. And the worst falls are when you start the fall with straight legs. Lower is not necessarily safer, IMHO.

Ok, there is something about the way you teach. Because I’ve been trying to do more than just stall for months and now I’m able to hold myself up there to slide. And I don’t even have blades. I’m a quad skater. Today was the day I leveled up. I’m obsessed with it now. I also need help with my ledge slides so I’m going to your video to get that down next. Thank you!
