@Stuart Dooley no, that's just fucking dumb. Backside grinds exist what the fuck do you want us to do make twice as many names? Why would you call it anything other than backside 5 0 or Smith grind? Mike Smith didn't even grind it losi did, so are you saying theres also no such thing as a frontside OR backside smith grind, just a smith stop? The difference between grinds and airs is that there was already a fs grab before Duane invented the Indy, there was not already a trick for back smith or 5-0 before the smith stop

The idea is that your knee is tucked in front of the arm. Skateboarding is not a video game where every grab is boned to the max, sometimes you just need a grab to find your position in a line and you should know how to properly frontside grab.

you propably can find a tutorial but that won't help you a lot. all you have to do is commit as always in skateboarding ;) since you just started your trucks are propably really hard, loosen em up! that helps a lot and you need the ability to turn, with hard trucks you can only tic tac (front trucks of the ground lifted, turning on the back truck) and when youre goofy just hold your board in the right, start running and kind of just put it down and run on it kind of:D hard to describe. commit2it

I’m searching for the name, it was never called a tuck knee, it was something else. Skating regular, Japan Air is in front of you using the left hand. Now do the opposite going the same direction with your right hand and behind you. Wasn’t a reveres japan air and was not called a tuck knee either. And wtf is a stink bug. 😂
