I feel like columbo that detective guy,excuse me sir,some thing I'm just not clear on....my memory....tail blocks,I used to do them,horizontally with the copingbecause of ceiling of the skatepark was 6 inches above the coping,so coming up with a ton of speed and no more space to go up any more I would just pull a big ass wheely,and do a stall,tail block,I though I was calling it the wrong name I was saying stall..which just sound more difficult...in 1978 and 79 learning how to read by looking at pictures of Cali pool skaters,the baddest looking photo shots was the guys doing a tail block or stall,with that beautiful pool coping and the surrounding colors and all the crazy shit on the bottom of the board being slammed in your face by a zoom lens camera... It made me start really making the bottom of my board look radical,I got this awsum chrome sticker,that said I like my pools empty,and I didn't even know what da f they were talking about but I do.huh,yeah ,huh.what ever....THANKS tail blocks,I'm sticking with stall...piece.
