Thank you for taking me with you to sketch today. I love your process and painting. This reminds me of Minnesota USA where I am from. I have seen so many fields of hay in my life. My grandmother, Aunts and Uncles also hayed. I feel like I got some sun with you today. I enjoyed this.

It was lovelie to spend this time with you. Listening to the birds was so cool as they were in the landscape that you drew. I expected them to fly across yr drawing. Was lovelie to be so engrossed in yr world. Thank you. I love yr art, also yr voice and accent, the relaxed timing of yr speech.. you could bottle it and sell it those with anxiety. So relaxing .

As someone who “can’t draw” and is trying to sketch the landscape around me, this may be the single most helpful sketching video I’ve seen. I appreciate you talking through the process, narrating the what you were trying to capture and the sketching problem you were trying to solve. And I’m working on that can’t draw thing every day.
