[ and ] changes size of the BRUSH size. If you want to chage the size of your LINE STROKES then you need a tablet. I think every tablet should have this feature. You just have to install the tablet and then go to the advanced settings for the brushes on Sai.
It's like a fantasy world.... *-* This is gorgeous....~

sorry, that was kind of confusing. the "[" key and the "]" key is what i meant. If you press those on your keyboard it will change the brush size.

He probably used pen,airbrush and blur tool and oil water brushes I've got all of them btw. U can search the settings up in google :)

I think in the newer version of Sai it's called [Simple Circle] I've used it and it has the same effect

How do you guys do it when you just slightly run through the first color (darker blue), it get the mixed look and then it goes more to the lighter blue when you do it more times or harder? I mean the first step... I can't get that effect :( And sorry for my english
