A couple of suggestions for you. First, Guardian Shard Cannons with Ram Tah engineering are way more effective then the Enhanced AX missiles for damage. If you can't get the Ram Tah engineering, or the shard cannons, then the missiles will work. I was getting 8-10 million a run with them on my first titan (Indra). Second, when setting up for the vent runs, as soon as you target the first one, start moving towards the second and fire when you get a lock. The Nanite torpedo is on a pylon so it can fire even if you aren't nose in to it's target. I'm not a great pilot by any means, and I can reliable hit 5 vents solo with the occasional 6th. I was averaging about 16 million a run on Thor. Third is more a note on how I get in through the cloud. I boost all the way in. The mines will notice you but with my Python Mk II I've only gotten tagged when I wasn't paying attention and ran into one. They don't chase you until your heat is above 45% in my experience. The boost all the way in method reduces the number of caustic sinks you go through. And to my last couple of suggestions (just suggestions, everyone has a different play and flight style, do what works best for you). If you're fairly new to the game and want to get in on the titan kills, consider the Python MK II Stellar or the Pre-Built AX Chieftain build. I know most people don't care for the Pre-Built, but, with both of those your re-buy cost is extremely low. Kitted out, my Python Stellar is only 430K rebuy. I haven't finished setting up my Chieftain's yet, but the pre-build also has a very low rebuy cost. It's free if you just use it as it is. I was about where you are in this video when I picked the game back up and got in on the titan bombing runs. Practice improved my abilities and watching others who have put out how-to's helped me get better as well. Now I go into spire sites with the AX group to make credits and I do titan bombing runs either solo or with my buddy. We were able to 100% the core working together several dozen times. And the AX group has some really good builds for using as your skill increases. o7 CMDR

I only get intercepted once in system using the SCO drive... although it was interesting to get interdicted while in SCO. I gave up on the AFMU and the Hull Repair limpets for a small D Rated Shield just to help out. That made room for an extra module and hull reinforcement. Works great and with the later hearts, there are NPC Rescue ships with hull repair limpets. They will sort your hull out. You can cheat by logging out to the main menu when you have your required Bounties. After the 12 second cool down and come back in, you will find you arrive outside the caustic cloud and you can immediately set off for your repair and refit location.

I would like to note, the Thargoid Pulse Neutralizer does NOT protect your friends around you from the titan pulse wave. Nor does it protect your friends from regular shut fields either. Only the standard Shutdown Field Neutralizer protects your friends, and it only protects them from regular shut down fields.

Yep, noticed that after posting the video. "Range: 0m" was staring me in the face the whole time.

no need to fss. just jump in and bong the scanner. it will record the titan. I then jump back out.

when you get close and the cloud begins to go white, ram all power into system. pulse as it does and boost to punch through. have a heatsink button to deal with the heat. it does take practice
