@Pradumn Singh Unfortunately its true. This much sleep is required, but its not practical because of circumstances like work, study, and the general competitiveness of life. Some sacrifices have to be made in life to achieve. Our grandparents lived long and healthy because they got enough sleep as their era was not like ours. They had stability, less competition, etc which caused them to rest well.

@@horrid-henry Hey there! Its 9 pointers and not 9 hours!! If somebody sleep btwn 9 to 12 so per hour he receives 2 points that is totall 8 points..and you can now decode the rest timeline. And it explains that 8 to 9 pointers are good. And also afternoon nap is good but it should not exceeds half n hour.

I was only taking 5 pointer sleep after sleeping for 8 hours but now I increased it to 8 by sleeping early at 10:30PM and guess what it really makes me refresh next morning Thank you sir😊

Mene bhi Bhagwat Gita me pada hy ki jab hum apne mind ( vichaaron ) ko control kr late hy toh humare daily schedule me improvement Hota hy. Ek aur baat ki jab bhi Sone ki liy bed pr aao toh thought less ho kr mind ko peaceful rkho aur khud ko ye remind karao ki 'Kal jaldi uthna hy'.

Summary: Try not to stay up late night. Try to sleep by 10 or 11 and wake up by 4 or at worst case 5 a.m. It can’t be brought into action in a single day or two, give it time but stay consistent.

This problem is with me also.I did not feel refreshed even after sleeping a lot.I will definitely follow the advice given by me. And thanks for making a video on your own topic. Everyone says to sleep for 8 hours no one says what should be the timing and you explain everything very clearly. And I have just made a timing which I can complete my 8 pointers । 11 pm to 5 am is best time for sleeping in my according 11 = 2 point 12 = 2 point 1 = 1 point 2 = 1 point 3 = 1 point 4 = ½ point 5 = ½ point Total = 8 point I can probably complete my 8 pointer like this Elders say that go to sleep early, it would have given us more pointers. Like If we sleep 12 12 = 2 point 1 = 1 point 2 = 1 point 3 = 1 point 4 = ½ point 5 = ½ point 6 = ½ point 7 = ½ point 8 = ½ point 9 = ½ point Total = 8 point And I don't think any student will be allowed to sleep till 9am in any house. Then my according 11 to 5 is best timing for sleep . Thank you so much brother for this video .🙏 You can make your own timing for sleeping in according your lifestyle and work . Like if you sleep from 9 to 12 your 8 pointer will be complete.

Bhaiya...my grandma always says ki raat mein jldi so jao and subah jldi utho...that's the reason I sleep at around 11-12pm/am..(but the reason behind that wasn't cleared...nd I use to wonder but today I'm glad that I get to know the reason behind...) Din ko 3 hour raat ko 8 hour Total 11 hour sleeping 😅😅😅😅 and 6 hours in school and 3 hours in ground and only left with 4 hours in a day in which i study approximately 2 hours maximum thats my big problem and hence i will fallow your tip and reduce my sleeping cycle to 7 houes and 4 hours will suddenly increase and i will be able to utilise my important time of my important time of the life

As we all know in Islam we are told to sleep just after Isha'a prayer around 9 o'clock avoiding all the worldly things and get up at 3 o'clock for Tahajjud and then Fajr. And In afternoon we should sleep just after Dhuhr prayer after having lunch nearly 2 o'clock for half an hour. ( And it's Sunnah ) In this way we can achieve our goal with less hour of sleep but a good sleep.

Yup! It became science now but 14 years ago out prophet s.w told us these all things , if we follow him (Prophet Muhammad s.w ) we don't need to learn about any science to take care of our health.

@ahmadmunif7479It's your false information brother Prophet Muhammad Mustafa Swallallahu alayhi wassallam told that, night dinner finish before Esha namaaz it's means Now days in India Esha azaan 7.20pm follow that then sleep in after 8.30pm and before 9pm walk up at 3am Pray thahajjud sunnath namaaz follow the subah namaaz then don't sleep in day time Except after 11am Pray luha namaaz then sleep in half an hour before Zuhar(luhar) azaan it's that sleep is Sunnah that's it.👍
