Open diff: motor sends power to which ever is easier to get spinning Limited slip diff (LSD): basically the car will sense only one wheel is spinning and make the other spin the same speed Hopefully that clears things up for someone, great video btw

That car is so easy to spin 😂 you don’t need to get the wheels spinning first just use weight transfer with an aggressive throttle and you’ll get side ways and get the wheels sliding all at once. It’s just scary the first time for some. But this ain’t it

If you look at the diff under the car, an LSD will have some pretty obvious cooling fins, the open diff will be smooth and round at the bottom. Unfortunately only SRT cars and some RTs with certain packages have them. I did a 2.62 LSD Hellcat diff swap on my 2015 pursuit. It was a direct bolt on, but it took me 14 hours in my garage!
