“Exercise is the one thing that’s actually demonstrated to make a difference.” Exercises which use co-ordination, such as boxing or table tennis, are particularly good for stimulating the brain as well as the muscles. Vicky explains how she continues to thrive in her career as a fitness instructor post-diagnosis, while Jodie shares why he adapted his fitness regime as his symptoms progressed.
