Hello and thank you. I ask people to practice for short time periods often through the day. I think this helps improvements happen faster without making the stroke survivor extra tired. I often ask someone to practice 10 minutes after breakfast, 10 minutes after lunch and 10 minutes after dinner. You can always start on the short side and build in more, 5 minutes at a time as your stroke survivor will tolerate. Wish you the best with the recovery 🙏.

I really loved your video! You are very funny! You would fit right in with my more advanced classes 😃​. I wonder if you have tried working a song line by line- having the words in front of you: read it + look away and say it.
