Use cloth to make bandages and then use a bandage and a chopped palm frond to make an improved bandage that heals you. Should cure food poisoning. There are other items that have washed up that when you break them up will give you plastic. I know the sofa gives you leather and other things but can't remember if it gives you plastic. The coconut halves can be used to scoop water directly from your water collector and placed in your backpack and carried with you. There's a gooseberry plant in the cave that gives sticks like the blueberries. There are also blueberry plants on the other islands. You're also going to have to find lavender to make pesticide. I'm not sure if there's any on your current island but there is on the other ones. When you make the pesticide it will make 5 doses in the pesticide bottle. I think the bottle is reusable but I'm not sure. Fertilizer is made in the potato sack I think but I'm not sure. When fertilizer is used it gives you more produce. When you go to get silver the ore is actually just off the beach in the water on the island you're on. I've been getting my information watching other streams but the game keeps changing with each update. It was an earlier version that let you make palm frond roofs so sorry about that misinfo. In your build menu there is a table you can place things on instead of the floor. Hoping this helps.

Been loving this series. Just found your channel a few days ago and been binging through this series excited for the 23rd when the game releases. Would love to see you work towards making silver and gold tools next. Maybe a video of “the silver age” and then the “golden age”. There is a fertilizer sack in your crafting menu and a manure sake in blueprints.

HI Kage, I see a few other KZbinrs, shake the items when they pick up the items from the back pack eliminating your issue of it not wanting to go to what you want it to go. example, hammer on the table, food on the metal drum stove etc. you can try it and maybe it really works for the bug in the game.

Forgot to mention earlier but you have jaguars on both the other islands as well as multiple komodos. You will have to build a bow and level up your ranged weapon stat which lets you build the crossbow. Leveling up does more damage. To level it up make your arrows and shoot them at one spot in the sand, gather them and repeat. You can also throw your spear. Higher quality (gold or silver) spears or the crossbow do more damage which is increased by a higher ranged weapon stat. The other islands also have coffee berries. To make coffee take a filled coconut half and put it on your stove and add a coffee berry. Not sure but I think it boosts your energy level. You can also find tea bags of different kinds of teas on the other islands. There's also another car and sofa on the other islands.

Z1, I noticed that when you were able to place the Item to be disassembled on the Table and it WORKED, you first pointed at one of the 3 slots under your backpack, BEFORE it would go into the Disassembly slot. Maybe try THAT and see if that *IS* the solution...

So Kage... you're worrying about not having enough materials to make the items, Why not take apart the wood/granite items to use the parts from those to make the upgraded versions, plus it'll get rid of the excess items laying around your base.

Maybe you have to put the toolhead in the little circle to dismantle it. It seems when you put the handle in the circle it doesn't work.

Try to throw the bottle and at the same time rotate it, maybe that way the dirty water will flow out of it

When disassembling and placing stuff in the compost bin I notice it only works if you put your curser on the ring for it to work. The ring turns green.

Why does it has to be so complicated? With just the table highlighted it should be enough to place stuff like other games. The devs are really lazy on so many aspects of the game. It's like kids are making it instead of adults.

@@johnny14794 Hit markers are number one on the list of game breaking mechanics. Gamers make allowances for lack of content in early alpha but if there are failures in the mechanics gamers will turn away very quickly.

Tools on the workbench: it appears that if your cursor points to the circle it works. It’s a very small point to hit. Outside the circle it doesn’t work.

i like this game, but i never play games with this kind off inventory management. i like it where it is easyer to overview. but the game is very interresting for shure. i also like games where , while crafting the materials is automatic taken from nearby storage. life is too short to move everything everytime when some off it would spare our time iff it was a little more automatic. it is just a game, not real life

The game sucks at it's current state. Chop a coconut tree and you only get 1 coconut? Chop a banana tree and only get 1 banana? Why not better if the devs let you pick the coconuts from palm trees instead of chopping the trees down or collect them from the ground as they fall by them self??? The same with the banana trees or drop more resources? You get little wood from the palmtrees is totally unrealistic... Game needs a ton of work for sure. Add more tree kinds to chop for wood, how about drift wood that can be used as well? Other fruits like mango, etc. It's a tropical region! More berry bushes. Fish traps. Pots for boiling water. Ponds , small creeks/rivers for collecting water. Caves for ores and resources. Farming on the land and not inside boxes of wood only. I know this game is not even out for the public. But if it comes out this month with it's current dilemmas and quirks, It's going to convince me not to get it. Other survival games with similar theme and game mechanics, even in early access offer better game play. Too many out there for this one to compete and as it feels and works, it is horrible... Thanks for sharing the videos about this game. A big disappointment so far.

Do you need to put 2 bugs into the planter? It says 0/2 like as if you need to put bugs into it. Just wondering if it means you have 0 bugs attacking the plant or if you need to put bugs in. There’s also a berry bush in the cave 😊 also have you tried planting yucca?
