Thank you for the comment and watch. Every brisket is different but I generally for a brisket if this size aim for 6-7 hours of smoke, 3-4 hrs wrapped and a 2 hr rest.

Hi thanks for the comment, can’t remember exactly I’m sorry as it was a while ago now but it would likely have been approx 2.5 - 3kg.

Make sure to clean your rack well has a lot of rust and you placed your meat in it 😢

@@tonyr29 yeah has been well cleaned, vinegar gives it a good clean and then I heat the grill up super hot and coat with some oil. Have learnt lessons from past errors. The chargriller is well coated and rust free these days.
