This is a great tutorial. I am wanting to use a brown Eyeliner more than the usual black I always have. I haven't yet used the colourpop eyeliners as of yet but now am going to place an order. I have a few large Pallettea and lip products but want to try these liners. So Beautuful!! ❤️
