I love playing sudoku and now I'm going to start loving to play Star puzzles

I really like this branching out into new kinds of puzzles. You just made this channel 67 times better.

The first time I ever saw a star puzzle was in a competitive programming class, and we were discussing how we could automatically solve them. It's nice to see how the logic of real life pencil in hand approaches relate to computer science solutions.

So much Fleb-y goodness lately!!! I'm going to have to quit my job to keep up with all these new puzzle types. Just blew 2 hours doing a dozen of these. Fun puzzle variant!!
@donnypassary57987 жыл бұрын
YESSSS!!! Been solving USPC for quite some times. This one was always a total skip for me since there always seems to be too much cases for the star's position to check. Thank you so much for the guide!

YO FLEB. Just wanted to say thank you for your puzzles. Solved 2 rope/ring puzzles in an escape room using the techniques from your videos in a couple minutes. Really saved us time.
@Faithra7 жыл бұрын
This is some top fleb, I'll definitely check out more of these types of puzzles! Seems similar to nonagrams/picross games in how you figure out where everything goes. Thanks for the video Fleb!

You said that the next video is going to need this I can only guess it's a sudoku cross star battle which are really fun to solve. Also a suggestion for a logic puzzle for you to cover cross sums or kakuro.

Annnnd, solved it. I actually didn't figure out the "sub-region" strategy you used in the video, guess this is an easy one. I was only using the existing rules, instead of looking for "hidden" rules like those sub-regions.

You can check times for every puzzle on the website that's linked. I've tried 5 or 6 more puzzes, and haven't got any of the 3 listed times. I got close with one of them. The times look to me REALLY hard to achieve.

There's a fun and free app called Genius Puzzles that has a lot of different logic puzzles in it that this style of puzzle reminded me of. It has classics like Sudoku, Minesweeper, and KenKen, but it also has some very unique ones as well. It doesn't seem very well known either, so it would be cool if you made a video about it. #notsponsored

I paused the video an 1:44 so i could solve it. I ended up making a critical false assumption and had to restart (even though, in retrospect, I only had to erase 1 or 2 things,) but I made it there in the end. I didn't bother timing myself. that'd only rain on my parade
@Spamhard4 жыл бұрын
Okay my problem is how to solve one star puzzles. I've recently started an app and ironically I'm finding the 1 star smaller ones harder because there seems like less process of elimination. I can't wrap my head around how to solve them when there's several options for spaces... ...
