@@asus_support it’s an Asus computer, I did all the troubleshooting with some lady on the phone from shutting it off, holding the power down for 40 seconds, leaving it off for two minutes, I even made sure there was no power at all but it didn’t work. The laptop itself turns on but the screen is just black

Thanks for this video , one of this solutions has worked perfectly for my laptop , apparently an error after update was preventing the system starts, and not even the logo appears nor did the system boots. The solution was... When the black screen shows , force the shutdown pressing power on/off button , unplug all devices conected (usb and SD ports) also unplug power supply cable from laptop , press power button for 40 seconds , plug the power supply cable , press power on/off button and logo appears and boot the system again. IF THIS DOESN'T WORK, READ HERE!! Just a tip for anyone who can't get it started despite the tips here.. Disconnect anything connected to the motherboard!! One thing that no guide tipped me about was the screen connector, the screen can hold static.. For me, the reseting only worked when I disconnected all the connections to the motherboard from the top side. Good luck.

Mi experiencia y solución. Buenas! Les comento, yo tengo una asus zenbook 14 funcionaba bien y se actualizaba sola. Me pasó de que de un dia al otro primero me salto un bitlocker, lo desactive y a la semana con una actualizacion desaparció. Luego a los dias, una luz en el boton de encendido y una lampara que tiene como dibujito al costado parpadeaban y los ventiladores seguian sonando pero a baja revolución. Tras buscar durante días y probar soluciones simples como desactivar inicio rapido, cmd y escanear para solucionar problemas, etc. Nada me funcionó. Forzaba el apagado y me ponia mal hacer eso porque es nueva! Lo ultimo que me quedaba era llevarla donde la compre. Navegando en la web busque de nuevo en el propio sitio de asus y encontre algo que me solucionó el problema. Supuestamente es un restablecimiento completo pero ami no me borró nada de lo que tenia ni cambio nada. Como mi notebook no se le puede sacar la bateria segui tambien los pasos que decia. 1- force el apagado con el cargador conectado. 2- desconecte el cargador. 3- mantuve el boton de encendido apretado hasta que comenzó a iniciar y tras no soltarlo nuevamente se apagó. 4-conecte el cargador y la encendi. 5- inicio normal y problema resuelto. 6- deje todo tal cual estaba con inicio rapido automatico recomendado activado y la apague pensando que no iba a funcionar pero para mi sorpresa funcionó con normalidad. Pruebenlo, si no me explique bien les dejo el link de Asus. Desde ya le pido disculpas al dueño del canal por dejar un link de terceros y espero no se molesten por intentar ayudar a aquellos que aun tienen problemas con esta situación. I am experiencing booting issues I have a model FA507NV 2023. There is a power light but didn't show any display at all. My laptop only boots after force shutdown. Also I am experiencing not waking up from after sleep. I tried all of the possible troubleshootings like updating all of the drivers like CPU, GPU, also the BIOS and it did absolutely nothing. I did a fresh installation of Windows 11 using a bootable flash drive and still no luck It still experience the same type of errors. I just recently bought this laptop a month ago.

Hi, based on your issue, may I ask have you try to cross test with other device? After the computer enters Sleep mode, you can resume working by pressing the computer’s power button, pressing any key on the keyboard, clicking a mouse button, or opening the lid on a laptop. Have you make sure that you're in sleep mode not hibernate mode? What do you mean "My laptop only boots after force shutdown." @@asus_support After sleep mode i tried clicking any key on my keyboard and mouse or using my trackpad. Nothing happens it is still black screen also when I open the lid it is still showing a black screen and yes it is on sleep mode and not hibernate mode. So what I mean by "My laptop only boots after force shutdown." is that for example on my first boot the screen is just dead black screen. So the only way for me to bootup my computer is to do a force shutdown or hard restart I am not really sure what is the difference of the two but I called it force shutdown pls correct me on this. I followed everything on the link that you provided me before I did alot of troubleshooting I also did a fresh windows 11 installation using a bootable flash drive thinking that the pre-installed Windows OS might have cause the problem since I first got this laptop.

Ohh thank you i was stressing out 😰 but my screen was black and the white light was on but i tried to press a power button for 30 seconds and it WORKED! Thank you so much you save my life ❤️❤️
