My laptop charges to full battery, the problem is it won't turn on until I plug the charger, it also turns on automatically, when I plug in the charger. When I unplug the charger it turns off immediately. I tried several instructions and even tried to update my bios but it is still not working. Are there any solutions that may help me regarding this issue? I haven't used the laptop for 4 days but I was able to use it last night and it worked fine but this morning is when this issue started. I will try to charge it overnight and hopefully, that resolves this issue.

The Asus Vivobook S15 is the worst laptop I've ever had. After only 5 days and about 8 hours of use, the screen turned black and can no longer be used. The interaction with those who grant the guarantee is very bad. I do not recommend the purchase of the Asus Vivobook S 15 laptop.

Why does my Asus bios show my ssd drive but when I go to install windows manually the drive is missing? It's 2024 I shouldn't need to load drivers for my ssd do I?

I also have a sporadic touchpad. It will quick working for 5 to 6 seconds then resumes. I reinstalled drivers and I see in the 'Touchpad Properties Box' that the 'Device Configured' but 'Device not started'. Not resolved

This video is terrible. It didn't fix my problem, because 'help' resources from computer and software manufacturers never, ever do. The only thing it achieved was to put an incredibly annoying bot voice in my head. Now the bot voice is saying "Please f**k off and stop contacting our support staff. We seriously don't care."

Install an app or create an association on the Default apps Settings page if there is already an app installed. 1 week ago my pc started have some problems and now start icon not works. I do right click on it and clicking to installed apps and then it says that thing on top. Search icon not works neither Plz help

My TUF F15 ZE battery is at 15%, but when I unplug it, the laptop shuts down. The battery doesn’t charge even when it’s plugged in. This issue started after I updated my ASUS and AC applications.

Hi so I love this app but for the battery care mode you guys should definitely add the option to switch between percentages 70%, 80%, 90% and 100% because when limiting the charge to 80 I don’t really get enough time with out especially when doing work so you guys should really add this option thanks!

I have a different black screen problem on my new Zenbook w/OLED display: When AC power is turned on or off, the screen goes black twice with a brief display of either a battery or AC plug. Also, in some programs, such as Stellarium, when I task switch the display either goes black or changes brightness (often getting dimmer). I presume this is from automatically changing display settings. but it is unpleasant.

So I bought a pre build and got the same problem. Use Ethernet Search your device + wifi driver in the browser Download the drivers Deactivate windows defender before installing them Worked with my b650e wifi hope it helps you too.

After i have updated my laptop recently, its really crashes. Wifi not working, Laptop struck. More problems comes after the update on 28/11/24. I am still searching for solving for solution, but i have lost my hove I am a big fan of asus brand. But laptop struck up really feel sad me. For buying laptop till now no problem occurred. Had my Vivobook 15 for just over 3 years and worked perfectly until this morning when the screen was dead but the power light on and the fan running. Tried every suggestion in the video but no difference. Will see if my local computer repair centre can fix it. If they can't I won't be buying Asus again in the future or recommending them to anyone.
