I want to reset my laptop to factory settings, but I do not want to reactivate it or create a user account, as I'm selling the laptop. I want it to be exactly as I received it - no user account, no activation, ready for a new user to complete that process. Can I use this process, but simply quit out once it reaches the "hi." part of the process, where a new user would input their details? Would I unlink the device from my Microsoft account before the process? Like, I want to 100% reset this laptop to factory defaults.

When you reach the "Hi." part where a new user would input their details, you can simply quit out of the process. This will leave the laptop in a state where a new user can complete the setup and activation.

とりあえず皆さん、 動画の1分50秒にある USBポートのドライバーを全部削除して、パソコンの再起動をお勧めします。絶望からの復活。 i recommend everyone who experienced this terrible event thinking your type c port is completely broken, follow the video from 1:50 minute and uninstall the port driver and reboot. I was thinking i broke it physically while carrying it around or being tossed around by kid. I thought my kids pulled the Type C cable while something was attached to it. simply a driver issue probably due to windows update

Skvělé. Hledal jsem to všude,jak zprovoznit nepřiřazené místo na disku. Tedy nevyužitelné. Po klon ssd jsem bohužel někde udělal chybu a muj 1tb disk se najednou tvářil jako 500gb😢 Nikde na webu se nenacházely ty správné informace které by mě pomohly. Až teď. Díky moc Asus za skvělou práci. Dokonce s českými titulky.❤ Konečně mohu využívat všechno místo na disku

This thing is so dangerous!!! My Asus opened itself and said I had 2 critical updates, something called Longsys SSD FW Update and OpenGL / Vulkan setting, both are of something called hotfix. Considering MyAsus claims it was critical, I updated, but access to my protected memory got blocked. Which means that these updates are clearly malware or damaging. I'm horrified and scared since the update.
