When I found out the moves are the same as on a 3x3 I was so excited, it just gets confusing with the front top left and right side.

I honestly don't know how everybody in the comment section is solving the megaminx as if this video explained everything precisely. I've been trying to solve the last 5 faces before the last grey top face, part that you skipped entirely from the video. there is no explanation on how to move an edge piece without actually messing up the solved faces below. I've been going back and forth throughout the video trying to find the answer. you just said "you need to solve the f2l for these slots" and that's it. if I use those algorithms, the cube gets messed up. Also, it's a youtube video, you are not in a rush to explain the cube. It doesn't make sense to make a video to teach people how to solve something and than you do it so fast that we are forced to slow down the entire video.
