I'm not so confident in speaking, and I'm very anxious so I prefer writing, but one day I got the courage to send a voice message to my American friend, and she replied me that I was fluent, that day I just spoke slowly and this helped my brain to find words that, when I speak fast, I usually don't remember easily

I used to make the mistake of focusing on everything, and as a result, I ended up making more and more mistakes. Taking one thing at the time and spending as much time as needed is so helpful to make improvements. At first, I felt I was making little progress but being constant and practicing daily make a huge difference. Always a pleasure to hear how Elliott explains things, it was and is really helpful

I have always sponken a bit more slowly since I was a child. I realized it was clearer to the listeners. I'm a very curious person so I tend to ask questions and I rarely discuss about something in a heat. I tend to find interesting why the other person has a different opinion so I say: quite interesting, why do you think like this? so I can learn more about the person and the accent. I'm learning spanish as well so it's better listening than talking in my case.
