C'était l'information courte, précise et précieuse. Normalement, l'intonation est liée à certaines langues d'Asie et du Moyen-Orient. Cependant, c'est important en anglais, comme on le voit. Merci, madame, comme d'habitude. Et prenez soin de vous.

Thank you for making this, very natural and easy to follow. You are such a wonderful teacher. Can you make more videos about this topic? Like with " Wh" questions. Also, I got that we stress on Verb and noun. However, is that right with stress on Verb, you will say with low pitch but with stress on noun, you will say it with high pitch ?

Thanks a lot.i have a question ." I watched a good film with a friend" you stressed Friend and you said Friend louder and high in pitch ...but the sentence has a falling intonation. You should have said Friend in low pitch.....am I right? And is it right that we can stress words even if they are low in pitch.....?

The KZbinr, Rachel says not to bring up the pitch on the last word. , Which one is right?
@AccurateEnglish
@AccurateEnglish 7 жыл бұрын
Pitch and word stress are two different things. Your pitch should not go up at the end of the word because that will make it sound like a question. But it is important to stress the last key word and not lose vocal energy at the end of the sentence.
