I would love to hear you pick some of your favourite guitars you have reviewed and talk about them. Most of us do not get the chance to play the variety of guitars you do or play them at the level you do. Is the fossilized bone product you purchase for your saddles a synthetic product or a chemically treated bone product? I have never heard of it in North America. Just curious as I was led to believe fossilized ivory is more rare than diamond.

I would probably do a Tutorial video on my song LET IT GO using an Olson SJ Cedar Rosewood. FMI is a legal material dug up in European soil and transported to USA (old Mammoth Tusk )

Hi Jarvis, do you usually replace the bridge pins to get a better sound? If so, which bridge pins do you recommend in your experience for the OMJM?

bone pins

Do you prefer the Martin OM or the 000 better?

I just bought a new Martin D-10E Sapele top and it already had a belly, so even after sanding the saddle down as much as possible, the action was still pretty high. Also the intonation was bad and the saddle was compensated so not much can be changed. Yoy guys should always directly test the guitar before deciding to buy it.

sounds like a wet guitar

did you straighten the neck yet and lower to 12-53 lights instead of mediums on her

@@TheGuitarSpaSingapore Yes, did. Thanks for your advice, those are the first things I did after unboxing.

Awesome! On an OMJM, if the toner on my guitar isn’t perfectly even, when the top yellows over time, do you think it will fade more evenly? There’s one part that looks a little more light, like they “missed a spot” when spraying the vintage toner. It’s hard to see, but I noticed it.

this one is perfect

over time your top will be darker due to the light and it will be eventually be even

@@TheGuitarSpaSingapore It is!

@@TheGuitarSpaSingapore Thank you, Jarvis. That was my guess, that it would eventually look more even as it fades darker, but I trust your judgment, so I wanted to hear it from you. 😃 Have a great day and thanks again.

It sounds like the guitar is too loud it overdrove the microphone
