Thanks bro it's really helpfull 5WH formula What What is the topic all about? What message you want to communicate. what are the issues and solutions. What are the characteristic. When It determines when did it happened. Where Describes the base or location involved in the topic. Also explain situation. Who Whom did you show. Or whom did you referring to. Information about the person. Why Reasons and explanation. Course and purpose How It referring to quantity, distance, age etc Manner or method.

So we need to maintain the both (1) should speak on any random topic (2) should be fluent We should not miss any one of the both, we should maintain the coordination in both in a great way .
